How do I cancel my subscription?

Once your free trial has ended, you can cancel your subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal. You'll continue to enjoy all the benefits of your subscription until the end of your current billing period.

If you're using the Mindfulness.com app, you can also manage your subscription by going to Profile → Account → Subscription. If you're unable to manage your subscription there, follow the instructions below based on where you originally purchased it.

Apple App Store

If you purchased it from within the app and you have an iPhone, then your subscription is managed by Apple. To turn off auto-renewal:

Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.
Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the Mindfulness.com Plus/Basics subscription.
Use the options to manage your subscription.

Because Apple handles billing for App Store purchases, only Apple can process the cancellation—we're not able to do it from our side. Cancelling stops future renewals; you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. For more information, please refer to the cancellation instructions from Apple Support.

Google Play Store

If you purchased it from within the app and you have an Android, then your subscription is managed by Google Play. To turn off auto-renewal:

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible subscriptions purchased directly through Mindfulness.com. The refund process depends on where you originally purchased your subscription.

Apple App Store

Please know that we don't have access to Apple's App Store subscriptions to process cancellation or refund requests. This is because the App Store has a separate billing system.

We, therefore, ask you to contact Apple Support directly to arrange a refund request, either via website or phone.

Can I use my account on multiple devices?

Multiple devices can be used with a single account. Simply log in with the email you signed up with on the second device.

To login to another device:

Download the Mindfulness.com app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If you’re using a desktop computer, you can access Mindfulness.com directly on the web [click here].
After opening the app, click "Already have an account, login".
Use the same signup method (Email, Facebook, Apple, or Google) that you previously signed up with.

Ensure you are logged in to the mobile app and start playing a meditation or daily coaching.
When the practice commences look for the "CC" button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Tap on the “CC” icon and subtitles will appear in the lower portion of the screen. Note: They will remain on for all subsequent sessions until you choose to turn them off.

How do I turn off subtitles (closed captions)?

While playing any meditation or daily coaching where subtitles are present onscreen, tap on the "CC" button in the top right-hand corner of the player.
This preference will be saved for future sessions until you choose to enable subtitles again.

I can’t see the “CC” icon in the player

Ensure you have upgraded to the latest Mindfulness.com iOS or Android app and are using version 1.11.0 or later.

The “CC” icon won’t show if we don’t have subtitles available for your chosen content. Most audio and video content in our app have subtitles available and the “CC” icon will display if it’s available. Podcast episodes may not have subtitles and music and sounds also don’t have subtitles.
