How do I delete my account or personal data?

We're happy to permanently delete your account and the personal data we hold on file.

Before you begin

If you have an active Mindfulness.com subscription, please cancel it first.

If you’re using the iOS app

You can delete your account directly in the app:

• Open the Mindfulness.com app
• Go to the For You tab
• Tap Profile
• Under Support, tap Account Management
• Follow the prompts to delete your account

If you’re using Android or prefer that we handle the request

Contact our Support Team through the app:

Profile → Support → Contact Us

Or email us at [email protected] and let us know you’d like your account and personal data deleted.
