My recipient didn't receive their gift card, can you help?

The gift card will be emailed to you, the sender. So as a first step, please make sure you've sent it onto them. You might also want to ask your gift recipient to check their junk, spam or promotions email. If the gift card email still can't be located, please contact us at [email protected] and we'll look into this for you.
