For example, if you search for subjects like stress, general anxiety, worry, or building resilience, you’ll be presented with guided meditations, courses, and mindfulness exercises. If you enjoy a particular teacher, you can search for all related content, including meditations, talks, podcasts, music, and more.
How it works:
Find the search button on the bottom right-hand side of your app.
Type in words to search what you need and we'll show you the content that we have on that topic, sorted by type.
You can filter search results by type to find the most relevant content for you.
