A single share can change a friend's life. That's why we made it super easy to share any mindfulness content with your friends and family.

In the app:

  1. Go to the Library or For You tab.

  2. Click any meditation or talk.

  3. To the right of the title, there is a share icon.

  4. Tap the share icon.

  5. You will see a preview of what you are sharing.

  6. Tap the button at the bottom of the screen to open your sharing preferences.

  7. Choose your sharing preference.
