A single share can change a friend's life. That's why we made it super easy to share any mindfulness content with your friends and family.
In the app:
- Go to the Library or For You tab.
- Click any meditation or talk.
- To the right of the title, there is a share icon.
- Tap the share icon.
- You will see a preview of what you are sharing.
- Tap the button at the bottom of the screen to open your sharing preferences.
- Choose your sharing preference.
