There’s no need for you to download the app to access the meditations. When you scan the QR code, it will open a browser and play the meditation.

How do the QR codes work?

  2. You will be directed to the content and it will start to play

  1. Scan the QR code in your journal

  2. When you’re prompted to log in, use your existing email address that is associated with your Mindfulness.com account

  3. Enter the verification code sent to your email

  4. You will be directed to the content and it will start to play

  5. Any time after this, you can choose and scan any QR code to play the content

c. I don’t have a Mindfulness.com account

  1. Scan the QR code in your journal

  2. Sign up using your preferred email address

  3. You will be directed to the content and it will start to play
