What about next time?

As long as you remain signed in, all you need to do is scan the QR code on the affirmation cards to access the meditations.

Do I need to download the Mindfulness.com app?

There’s no need for you to download the app to access the meditations. When you scan the QR code, it will open a browser and play the meditation.

I am having trouble signing in, what should I do?

If you're still having trouble signing in, please email us at [email protected] with the redemption code.

Do I have to login every time I scan a QR code?

In order to keep you logged in, when you scan a QR code we need to be able to store a cookie*. There are some different methods of scanning a QR code and some browser settings that can prevent this from happening.

iOS

On iOS there are two default methods for scanning a QR code. The native Camera app (that comes with your iOS device) and the Code Scanner app. To remain logged in we recommend using the Camera app as it will open in Safari and allow us to store a cookie until your next visit whereas the Code Scanner app does not.

Private browsing will also prevent the cookie from being stored (meaning you will be prompted to sign in again when you return) so ensure you are opening the QR codes by using regular browsing.

  1. Open the camera app and point it at the QR code then tap the yellow [mindfulness.com](<http://mindfulness.com/>) pill. The QR code feature built into the camera app uses the last open browser tab to work out whether it’s going to be in regular or private browsing.

  2. You may need to enter your email/name at this point, this is OK. After entering these details you will reach the video/meditation.

  3. If you scan another code again now it should remember your login details and go straight to the meditation

Cookie* The term "cookie" refers to a small text file which is sent from the website to your browser. Your browser then processes and stores this file. These “cookies” help websites remember information about your visit.

Can I purchase the Mindful Affirmations deck as a gift for someone else?

Certainly! Just simply tick the “Is this a gift” box and fill in the details before adding it to the cart.

What kinds of affirmations are included?

The affirmations promote qualities like gratitude, self-love, resilience, presence, and growth. Examples include "I release the past and welcome the future with joy" and "My challenges make me stronger and wiser."

Can I use the cards/videos without an internet connection?

You can still benefit from the affirmation cards anytime without wifi. However, to access the videos and meditations, an internet connection is required to scan the QR codes and stream the content.

How can I reach customer support if I have questions or issues with my purchase?

Feel free to reach out to [email protected] for any questions, we’re always happy to help.
