When does the Challenge begin and how do I access it?
The Challenge begins as soon as you’re ready to start and is accessible via our app (iOS and Android). The challenge will be running for the entire month of November 2021.
Here’s how it works:
Meditate using the app (Daily Mindfulness or Guided Meditations count towards the challenge)
We’ll keep a tally of minutes across the whole Mindfulness community (you’ll be able to follow the progress in real-time on the 'For You' tab in the app)
Ensure you have your notifications turned on so that you can receive updates and reminders
To celebrate reaching our goal, we’ll give away Lifetime Mindfulness Plus+ subscriptions to 2 lucky people who complete more than 3 mediations over the month of November.
Can you help me login to the app?
Here are the instructions on how to login to the app. Be sure that you use the same email address that you signed up with.
Open the app.
Tap on "Login".
Enter the email address that you used to sign up.
A magic link will be sent to your email that will automatically open the app and log you in. Or alternatively, you can also enter the verification code that was included in the email directly on the app.
You can always request another magic login link if required.
I've downloaded the app, how do I join the Challenge?
Simply meditating using the app is considered as participation in the challenge (Daily Mindfulness or Guided Meditations count towards the challenge). Being a part of a community is powerful, especially when we begin to see what we can do together!
Is this offering free?
The 1 Million Minutes November Challenge is entirely free, we believe everyone has the right to access mindfulness tools and teachings to build resilience, compassion, and freedom.
When you download the app, while there's the option to trial Mindfulness Plus, the free version of the app contains so many supportive audios and videos, that it can be enjoyed without needing to trial or upgrade to the full experience.
If you choose not to upgrade to a Mindfulness Plus subscription, there is a range of free content available in our Library for you to try out. This includes a range of meditations and talks across the library, including the entire collection, “Calm in Crisis”. These valuable mindfulness resources will be forever free.
