We're sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties with your credit card payment.

Please ensure that your credit card details have been entered correctly, your credit card has not expired, and/or whether there are sufficient funds in your account.

If you are receiving an "Error from your bank" message in the browser, please be advised that some credit cards have restrictions on cross-border usage. If your card was issued in a country other than where operates, your bank may have declined the charge, in which case you will need to contact them to see if this restriction is in place and whether it can be removed. 

Alternatively, you could try a different credit card, as it may not have the same restrictions.
