How can I see my past Daily Coaching and Meditation?

Yes! You can access your past Daily Coaching sessions:

  1. Open the app to the "For You" tab.

  2. Tap the "Your Library" pill.

  3. The first section of the "Your Library" page is your history.

  4. Tap "See All' to see the list of Daily Coaching and Meditations you have started and completed.
