# I'm not receiving notifications

1. Check that notifications are enabled for the app at the device level (iOS: Settings > Notifications > Mindfulness.com; Android: device Settings > Apps > Mindfulness.com > Notifications).	
2. Check the in-app setting under Profile > Notifications.
3. Check whether Do Not Disturb or Focus mode is on at your reminder time.
4. Update the app to the latest version.


Still nothing? Reinstalling the app can sometimes resolve stuck notification permissions.
