I have received a gift card but already have a Mindfulness Plus subscription. How do I redeem it?

Please note the gift card is activated immediately when redeemed. Therefore, if you have an existing subscription, please cancel it and wait until your subscription has expired before redeeming the gift card. Please see this support article for assistance with cancelling an active subscription.
