# I didn't receive my login email

1. Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
2. Confirm you're checking the same email address you signed up with.
3. Wait a few minutes — delivery is occasionally delayed.
4. From the login screen, request the email be resent.
5. Add support@mindfulness.com to your contacts so future emails don't get filtered.
