# How do I get a refund?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible subscriptions purchased directly through Mindfulness.com. The refund process depends on where you originally purchased your subscription.

###### Apple App Store

Please know that we don't have access to Apple's App Store subscriptions to process cancellation or refund requests. This is because the App Store has a separate billing system.

We, therefore, ask you to contact Apple Support directly to arrange a refund request, either via [website](https://support.apple.com/contact) or [phone](https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201232).

If your subscription is through the Google Play Store, please ensure that you have canceled your subscription prior to contacting us. You may refer to our Help Center article below for instructions on how to cancel your subscription.

Once you have canceled your subscription, please contact us for your refund request, along with the Google Play order ID for the Mindfulness.com Plus+ or Basics subscription.
