# How do I delete my account or personal data?

We're happy to permanently delete your account and the personal data we hold on file.

###### Before you begin

If you have an active Mindfulness.com subscription, please cancel it first.

###### If you’re using the iOS app

You can delete your account directly in the app:
* Open the Mindfulness.com app
* Go to the For You tab
* Tap Profile
* Under Support, tap Account Management
* Follow the prompts to delete your account

###### If you’re using Android or prefer that we handle the request

Contact our Support Team through the app:

Profile → Support → Contact Us

Or email us at support@mindfulness.com and let us know you’d like your account and personal data deleted.
