# How can I find the email address I signed up with?

You can find the email address that you signed up with the Mindfulness.com app in your Profile.

* Open the app
* Go to Profile > Account
* Tap on "Personal Information"

In this section, you will see the email address that is associated with your account, together with your name and preferences.
