# Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, there is a free trial period of 7 days when you sign up for the Annual or Monthly membership plan.

After your free trial is completed, you will be invited to sign up and choose your plan to become a Mindfulness Plus+ member.

The Lifetime plan is a one-time fee for lifelong access, and does not have a free trial when purchased in the app. In order to receive a free 7 day trial on your lifetime plan, make sure to purchase it through the website.
