# Content won't load or play

If content isn't loading or playing, try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Check your internet connection.
2. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
3. Update the app to the latest version from the **Google Play Store** or **App Store**.
4. Restart your device.
5. If you're using **Android**, clear the app cache:
    * **Settings** > **Apps** > Mindfulness.com > **Storage** > **Clear Cache**
6. If you're using an **iPhone or iPad** and the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app. Your subscription is linked to your Mindfulness.com **account** or **Apple ID** (depending on how you subscribed), so you won't lose access by reinstalling.
