The refund process would depend on the platform that you used when you subscribed. Please see the detailed instructions below:

Apple App Store

Please know that we don't have access to Apple's App Store subscriptions to process cancellation or refund requests (we can only do this for web subscriptions). This is because the App Store has a separate billing system.

We therefore ask you to contact the Apple Support directly to arrange a refund request, either via website or phone.

In the meantime, please refer to our Help Center article below to cancel your subscription.

Google Play Store

Google Play has a separate billing system, and unfortunately we don't have access to Google Play Store's subscriptions to process cancellation or refund requests (we can only do this for web subscriptions).

We therefore ask you to visit Google Play Store to arrange a refund.

In the meantime, please refer to our Help Center article below to cancel your subscription.


Web Subscriptions

If you joined through the website, you cancel your subscription by contacting us.
